Rental terms and conditions

Rental validity : The rental will be effective once the booking form, duly signed and approved, and the deposit have been received. In the absence of the taker's signature, the booking will be cancelled. In case of multiple requests, the first taker having sent back his booking form (as attested by date on postmark) will be registered. The other requests will be promptly sent back by mail.
Payment terms : 100€ deposit at the booking (payment can be made by check, bank transfer, cash, credit card). No reimbursement nor discount will be granted for a shortened stay.

In case of cancellation by the taker : Cancellation should be notified by a registered letter, as attested by date on postmark. You have a 7 days period to cancel your booking. After this period, the deposit will not be reimbursed. If you cancel less than 30 days before the expected day of arrival, or if you do not come forward at this date, the whole stay will be at the campsite's disposal.

From the 2nd day of the stay, unless the campsite has been notified of a delay, the booking is declared cancelled, and the management reserves the right to dispose of the rental.
The management reserve the right to cancel any booking for technical reasons with having to compensate the other parties. In that case, the deposit will be reimbursed.
Inside the campsite , one sole vehicle is authorised by emplacement; the other vehicles should be parked on the external parking area set for that purpose.
The rental is understood as for a defined emplacement, but could not in any case stand for a precise number.

Internal rules : All occupiers are expected to comply with the internal rules of the campsite, available at any time for consultation at the reception desk.
