Mobil-home "Flores" 3 bedrooms

Ideal for 6 people with its 35 m² surface
* Terrace and garden furniture (table and chairs, parasol)
* Living area
* 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a full bed (140x190 cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm), and 1 bedroom with two single beds (70x190 cm), all made of a slatted bed base, a mattress, pillows and duvets (sheets not furnished)
* Bathroom equipped with a sink and a shower
* WC
* Cooking area with fridge, 4 burners gas hob, microwave, electric coffee pot, crockery and kitchen and household ustensils.

*From July 1st 2011, the mobile homes will be equipped with a TV.

RATES 2012

Low season (From April 7th 2012 to June 30th 2012, and from August 18th 2012 to September 1st 2012)	360 € per week
Normal season (From June 30th 2012 to July 28th 2012)	580 € per week
High season (From July 28th 2012 to August 18th 2018)	700 € per week

Low season

Week end (2 days package)	150 €
3 days package	220 €
4 days package	280 €

The number of people is strictly limited to 7 per mobile home. The rates above are to be uprated by 10% for the 7th person.

Tourist tax : 0,17€ per day and per person older than 7, included in the rates.

Rates include :
A bounded area with the mobile home on it, the vehicle, fuel gas, electricity (6 amperes) , and the access to the swimming pool.
The bungalows are not disabled friendly

The rentals are from Saturdays to Saturdays.
They are available at 3PM and should be freed by 10AM.
The taker obliges himself at using and keeping the place in mint condition.
A 150€ deposit will be requested at your arrival.
The number of occupiers should not exceed 7 people.
